All our products come standard in a powdercoat finish. Powder Coating is a painting process that first adheres the powder to the metal part by electric charge or by pre-heating the metal part. This causes a dry powder to fuse to the surface of the metal. This dry powder is then baked in a curing oven at 400 degrees, the result is a smooth coating, harder and tougher than conventional paint but very similar in look and feel. There are no solvents or chemicals, the excess powder is easily swept up and disposed of. Although this process is more intensive than typical painting, the end product is far superior and we have peace of mind knowing the at the environment of our shop and surrounding land is safer and far cleaner.
