How much is shipping?

Shipping on all of our products is free to the lower 48. We are happy to ship to Hawaii or Alaska -- please message us as additional shipping charges will apply.

What is your lead time?

All orders are currently ready to ship in 7 business days. We do our best to adhere to this lead time and will let you know if your order is going to take longer than 7 business days to build. FedEx shipping usually takes between 1-5 business days. We only ship to the continental US (lower 48 states). We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.

I live in Washington -- may I stop by the shop to meet you or to pick the legs up instead of having them shipped?

Yes, absolutely! Please give us a call or send an email, and we can arrange pickup here at our shop.

What does it cost to expedite shipping?

If you need your order more quickly than our current lead time (see above), we will do our best to accommodate you but can provide no guarantees. Expedited shipping cost will vary, so please contact us for a quote.

Can I request a custom color?

Unfortunately, we only offer the colors available in the drop-down tab on each listing. We can leave the legs bare for a finish on your end, if you prefer. You can also paint over the powder coat finish -- just scuff and paint.

Can the legs be left bare?

Absolutely! However, please keep in mind that bare steel will rust quite quickly, depending on your climate.

Can I order just one leg? Or two legs that are different sizes? Or another custom number, variation, or size?

Absolutely! We would be happy to accommodate the need for legs of odd quantities or different sizes. Please contact us with your need before you place an order so that we can ensure you’ll get the perfect legs for your project.

How do I attach the legs?

Our steel legs are ready to bolt on to your table top because they come with pre-drilled holes. Each order also includes hex head lag screws that are 1.25" long, so if your preferred top is less than 1.25" thick, please do not use the screws we supply. Attaching the legs is quite simple: line up the legs to the desired spot on the underside of your top, drill a small pilot hole in the table top (prevents screw from stripping), then screw in the included lags.

I think my legs were built incorrectly. How can I get the correct size?

We do our very best to adhere to your exact dimensions and we double & triple check your sizes. However, every once in a while, we make a mistake! Rest assured we will make it right and get you your correct set ASAP.

How much weight can these legs hold?

Because our legs are one part of your larger project, we choose to approach this question on a case by case basis. Simply put, each top is different in material & density and each application is unique. Feel free to email or call if your top is beyond the threshold specified in the listing.

What is your return policy?

Our official return policy is that if the order is made correctly, then the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs involved as well as a 10% restocking charge.

Can I exchange these legs for a different size?

Typically, each set of legs is custom built to your unique order. Therefore, they are not readily exchangeable. See above for our return policy.

Can these legs go outdoors?

This depends on the type of powdercoat. Our textured black is indoor or outdoor compatible, the white and gold is for indoor use only.
